Position Overview
Contineo Group, LLC, located in Decatur, Georgia is seeking a dynamic individual with administrative, project coordination and permitting experience. The Project Coordinator is a key support role within the Project Management department, responsible for ensuring the consistent, organized, and timely execution of internal processes that enable effective project delivery. This position plays a foundational role in supporting the Project Managers by maintaining documentation, coordinating logistics, and tracking critical internal tasks from project setup through closeout.
Reporting to a Project Manager, the Project Coordinator brings order and precision to internal workflows and provides task-level support that enhances clarity, accountability, and efficiency across departments. This role supports internal systems that uphold the company's mission—to deliver thoughtful design and trusted project delivery—by ensuring all execution details are handled with care and consistency.

Responsibilities Overview
● Maintain internal folders, trackers, and assets used in marketing and business development efforts.
● Organize and update Project Management department visuals or documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility.
● Support Project Managers by gathering project data and jurisdictional requirements for use in scoping.
● Track proposal status, coordinate document formatting, and maintain proposal content archives.
● Create initial project folders, standard tracking sheets, and document templates.
● Ensure contract documents, subconsultant agreements, and internal forms are completed, named, and stored properly.
● Monitor permitting and submission schedules and update Smartsheet trackers as directed.
● Coordinate with jurisdictions or vendors to deliver and retrieve project documents.
● Maintain organized project files, including saving subconsultant materials and confirming document naming conventions.
● Assist with scheduling meetings, prepping agendas, and compiling follow-up items.
● Support the Project Manager in monitoring deadlines, preparing progress reports, and following up on outstanding tasks.
● Organize final deliverables and ensure all project closeout documentation is complete and archived.
● Assist in compiling documentation for case studies or marketing use as directed by the Project Manager.
● Coordinate post-project feedback logistics, including survey tracking or meeting setup.

Qualifications
● 2–4 years of experience in permitting, project coordination, administration, or similar support roles
● Strong working knowledge of digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Workspace)
● Experience in AEC, planning, or consulting environments preferred
Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
