Job Description
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
12 Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Implementation Project Manager to lead our organization through a successful Workday HCM deployment. This is a 12-month contract position responsible for driving project governance, ensuring efficient decision-making, aligning resources, developing change management strategies, and delivering a successful on-time launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client-side project manager for our Workday HCM implementation
  • Partner with the implementation partner's project manager to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Develop and maintain the project plan, timeline, and resource allocation strategy
  • Establish and enforce project governance and change management processes
  • Lead the internal project team and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure timely completion of client-side deliverables and tasks
  • Monitor project budget and resource utilization
  • Provide regular status updates to executive sponsors and steering committee
  • Lead internal communications related to the implementation
  • Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities
