About the Opportunity:

The organization is seeking a full-time professional to lead Agile project delivery across multiple workstreams in a remote capacity. The role requires a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to drive program objectives, manage Delivery Managers, and ensure successful release management and stakeholder alignment within the program.

Responsibilities:


• Translate program goals into actionable guidance for Delivery Managers to support decision-making and execution.


• Ensure delivery against quarterly objectives and facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependency management.


• Oversee release management, ensuring code moves smoothly through environments and dependencies are managed.


• Define and convey delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals and client priorities.


• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure alignment and risk management.


• Manage, coach, and empower Delivery Managers and cross-functional leaders.


• Ensure release readiness, including release notes, stakeholder communication, and execution.


• Provide consistent status updates and ensure visibility into risks and progress for senior leaders and stakeholders.


• Partner with program leadership to drive innovation in delivery practices and improve transparency and efficiency.

Requirements:


• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).


• Must be able to complete, pass, or hold a Federal Public Trust Investigation.


• Must reside in the United States.


• 8+ years' experience in end-to-end Agile project delivery in the government or commercial healthcare sector.


• 2+ years' experience managing Scrum Masters, PMs, and/or delivery managers in a software development environment.


• Leadership experience engaging delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders.


• Strong understanding and application of Agile practices.


• Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at all organizational levels.


• Expertise in JIRA/Confluence, Mural, and Lucidchart.


• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.


• SAFe Certification and experience leading Salesforce implementations and/or Salesforce Admin certification are a plus.

Compensation:


• Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.


• The annual salary range for this position is $129,000 - $165,000.


• $129,000-$165,000
