About
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) to support the development of proprietary software tools for our case management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights and is excited about the potential of AI-driven solutions in healthcare and human services.
Responsibilities:
- Data Integration & Management: Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources including referrals, medical notes, and case documentation.
- BI Solution Development: Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support case managers and leadership in decision-making.
- AI Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to explore and implement AI-enhanced analytics and automation opportunities.
- Insight Generation: Translate data into meaningful insights that align with case manager workflows, family communication, and care coordination.
- Software Development Support: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform the design of proprietary tools that improve alignment across referrals, documentation, and communication.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a willingness to explore AI-powered analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in healthcare, social services, or case management environments is a plus.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act, the expected pay range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as licensure, years of experience, and other relevant qualifications.
