This position exists to serve our members at the Cullman South Branch in Cullman, AL. This is a frontline position. A Member Experience Representative engages members by onboarding them with Alabama Credit Union by opening new accounts and providing a relationship-building experience; assist members with loan request along with assisting them with their financial transactions, involving giving and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments while providing opportunities for members to utilize additional products and services offered by Alabama Credit Union.

Duties include opening accounts, helping our members with their basic financial transactions (such as conducting deposits and withdrawals, posting credit card payments and balance transfers, receiving debit card and check orders, etc.) accurately and efficiently, and providing information about products and services to members in order to serve their financial needs. In return, those who hold this role get to work at one of the best places in the world.

Requirements
