Spring Coiling Machine Setup/Operator

*Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Coiler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating coiling machinery and ensuring the production of high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in various manufacturing processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

*Duties*

• Operate coiling machines to produce wire and other materials according to specifications.

• Assemble and fabricate components as needed for production.

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.

• Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut materials accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

*Experience*

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various tools and machinery effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
