Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet & communicate with customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
• Assist customers with product inquiries, including product demos and explaining features.
• Operate the system accurately for transactions.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products or accessories that meet customer needs
• Conduct basic wholesale math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory management.
• Maintain excellent phone and email etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Assist in wholesale efforts to highlight promotional items and new products effectively.

Experience

• Previous wholesale or customer service experience required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with sales & CRM systems (Shopify), sales procedures, and store operations is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and listen attentively.
• Experience in stores or wholesale environments involving merchandising, stocking, and sales is beneficial.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
