Looking for experienced bartenders, fine dining experience preferred. Must be available on weekends (Friday, Saturday) and some lunches (Tuesday-Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Beverage Expertise and Craft:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed, including classic and innovative cocktails.

Refined Guest Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, such as refilling water or offering the next drink, without being intrusive.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using Micros POS system.
• Enforce alcohol laws responsibly by checking IDs and monitoring customer consumption.

Bar Operations and Maintenance:

• Maintain an impeccably clean and organized bar area on a continual basis, paying close attention to detail in presentation and hygiene.
• Manage bar inventory and supplies, including performing regular stock rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to minimize waste.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed, assisting with ordering.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures for proper alcohol handling and bar cleanliness.

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
