About

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Functional Consultant with a robust background in Oracle Cloud implementations to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement processes and at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. Experience with civil and construction-based clients is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Cloud procurement implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design procurement processes, and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing procurement processes and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Provide training and support to client teams on Oracle Cloud procurement modules, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement best practices and trends within the civil and construction industries.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system configurations against business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for procurement-related issues post-implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement consulting, with at least 2 full Oracle Cloud implementations from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier management.
  • Experience working with civil and construction clients is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $ $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80.0 per week
