Provide support for the line-of-business applications as well as Citrix, SQL and SCCM.
Partner with team members and vendors to resolve issues efficiently while communicating resolutions clearly and professionally.
Administer the lifecycle of applications, including packaging, updates, deployment, and retirement, keeping alignment with best practices.
Maintain, update, and optimize images for all workstations and servers to ensure standards and reliability.
Participate in monthly security patching and updates, ensuring all endpoints are compliant, up to date, and secure. Address out-of-band and emergency vulnerabilities as needed.
Proactively monitor systems and applications to identify and address issues before they impact users, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Act as an escalation point for application-related issues, and helpdesk escalations, providing prompt resolutions, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and change management protocols.
