Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee and manage programs, with a focus on supporting individuals in DCF custody. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, program development expertise, and experience working with diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to the needs of individuals in DCF Custody.
- Manage program operations, including planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to the facility.
- Coordinate intake processes, assessments, and individualized service plans for program participants..
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and program activities.
- Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and workshops focused on best practices in , behavioral health, and program management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management or program development.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with clients, families, community organizations, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability in administrative tasks including report writing.
- Knowledge of program management principles.
- Effective communication skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
