General Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet our high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable.
• Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and supplies used for cleaning to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential painting or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of buffing techniques and porter responsibilities is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean environment is essential.
