Lead one of the most exciting science projects in the country
We're looking for a seasoned project manager to oversee a major vivarium workstream within a cutting-edge laboratory facility. If you thrive on collaboration, complex problem-solving, and delivering excellence, this role is for you.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage project activities for a large, multi-faceted science facility, ensuring integration across workstreams.
  • Build strong client relationships and lead key meetings and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain project goals, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
  • Oversee design documentation and implementation during construction.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and statutory requirements.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience; Science & Technology project experience preferred.
  • Understanding of Vivirium environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Deltek, Revit, Bluebeam, and related tools.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements.
  • Professional credentials such as licensure, LEED accreditation preferred.
