We are seeking the ultimate team player and raving Fan creator to join our growing team as a Bilingual in Spanish Mortgage processor. This position plays a vital role in the mortgage transaction, working directly with customers to obtain conditions necessary to close on their mortgage.

Job Description:

Your role will be to ensure effective communication with involved parties throughout the loan processing stage. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player, be bilingual in Spanish with a great attitude, excellent communication skills, and be well organized and a positive addition to our company culture. Creating 5-Star reviews from every customer, while closing every loan on time is the goal.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, Loan officers, title companies, insurance companies, appraisal administration, and underwriters in the process of buying or refinancing their home.
• Create urgency in gathering relative data from clients, including but not limited to assets, debts, income, employment, etc.
• Verify information submitted with mortgage applications through established 3rd party sources.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Encompass Loan origination system.
• Manage the advancement of loans in the processing pipeline.
• Commitment to doing everything possible to close all loans on time.
• Go above and beyond to ensure all customers are communicated with to ensure we receive 5 Star reviews.
• Review conditions obtained to ensure they meet requirements.
• Run AUS to determine agency eligibility & adhere to requirements.
• Problem solving and navigating customers through the obstacles of the loan process.
• Meet and exceed expectations to create raving fans and repeat customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years Mortgage Processing Experience is required.
• Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work with strict deadlines
• Encompass LOS experience is a Must.
• Proficient with conventional mortgage loans, FHA, VA, USDA, State Bond programs, and renovation loan programs.
• Detailed and Organized
• Suitable home internet connection
• College Degree preferred.
