We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in sunny San Diego, California. This role is vital to our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of goods from receiving to dispatch. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our logistics and supply chain management. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications with speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move materials.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting procedures.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all equipment.
- Assist with shipping preparations, including labeling and staging of goods.
- Follow all PPE guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and proper use of PPE.
