About
We are actively seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our growing logistics team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists, verifying the correct products and quantities, and then carefully packing these items for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment, capable of performing tasks that involve significant Lifting, and dedicated to maintaining a high level of productivity. Safety is a top priority; adherence to all safety guidelines and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. - Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Utilize RF scanners and pick lists to identify and retrieve items.
- Verify picked items and quantities against order details.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Ensure all packages are correctly labeled for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards for picking and packing.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
