About
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Washington, D.C. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to all **Safety** regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating warehouse staff, optimizing workflow, scheduling shifts, and ensuring accurate inventory management. You will play a key role in implementing **Safety** programs and ensuring all team members are properly trained on procedures and the use of required **PPE**. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for the effective coordination of inbound and outbound **Logistics**. The ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs may be required in certain situations, although the primary focus is on leadership and oversight. You will work closely with management to develop and execute operational strategies. A proven track record in warehouse supervision and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment are essential. We are seeking individuals with a deep understanding of warehouse **Logistics**, **Safety** protocols, and inventory control best practices. This is a critical role that impacts the overall success of our distribution center.
