Join our team as a Warehouse Technician in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency and **Safety** of our warehouse environment. Your duties will include light equipment maintenance (e.g., cleaning and basic checks on forklifts, pallet jacks), organizing inventory storage areas, performing general facility upkeep, and assisting with the implementation of **Safety** protocols. You may also assist with loading and unloading shipments, depending on operational needs. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace are essential. You will be expected to follow all **Safety** regulations and use appropriate **PPE**. The ability to perform moderate **Lifting** (up to 50 lbs) is necessary. A foundational understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and material handling best practices is beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, possess good problem-solving abilities, and have a keen eye for detail.
