We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse team in Sacramento, California. This role is key to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, using scanning equipment to track inventory, and carefully packing products to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for success. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order information.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Perform regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Support the smooth flow of logistics within the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists or use scanning devices.
- Basic math skills for order verification.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Dedication to workplace safety and following procedures.
