Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Process and record all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare products for shipment, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the dock area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with carriers and delivery personnel.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a shipping or receiving role.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Knowledge of shipping software and logistics procedures is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse.
