Job Summary:
Our Denver, Colorado facility is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory accuracy, integrity, and organization within our warehouse. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, implementing inventory control procedures, and maintaining precise inventory records. Your work is vital to the efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that we have accurate stock levels to meet customer demand. This position requires a sharp analytical mind, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of warehouse management systems. A commitment to safety, including proper handling of materials and adherence to PPE guidelines, is also paramount. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate, identify, and resolve discrepancies between system inventory and physical stock.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures and policies.
  • Manage and organize warehouse stock locations for optimal efficiency.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data entry for all inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain stock integrity.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
  • Uphold all company safety regulations and ensure the correct use of PPE.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, accuracy, and adjustments.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Comfortable with lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
  • Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to PPE requirements.
