Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced distribution center as a Warehouse Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently receive and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Organize and stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Good manual dexterity and coordination.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
