Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper procedures.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery and tools.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Must comply with all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
