Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Sort and place inventory into designated storage locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and manifesting.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all logistics guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as directed to support operational flow.
- Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
- Commitment to adhering to PPE requirements and general safety regulations.
