Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and individually.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to adhere to all PPE mandates.
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
