Join our fast-paced distribution center in Denver, Colorado, as an Order Picker! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will navigate the warehouse using a pick list or RF scanner to locate and retrieve specific items. Accuracy and speed are key to success in this position. The Order Picker position requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, and a strong focus on detail. You will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. This role involves significant standing, walking, bending, and lifting items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. Adherence to strict safety guidelines and the consistent use of provided PPE are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and pick lists to identify and locate products.
- Consolidate picked items and prepare them for packing and shipping.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform regular checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and instructions.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and workflow.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE .
