In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, and packing inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including the appropriate use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
This role is fundamental to our logistics network. You are expected to strictly follow all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE, ensuring a safe and efficient operation. Your contribution to a safe and productive environment is highly valued.
