As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, from receiving and storing goods to picking and packing orders for shipment. You will work as part of a team to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and timely dispatch of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stage orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Support general warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent bending, standing, and walking.
- Capability for consistent heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
In this role, you will be directly involved in crucial logistics activities. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and you will be expected to follow all guidelines regarding lifting and the consistent wearing of PPE to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
