Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become a key member of our logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse activities essential to our operations. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming stock, accurately picking and packing orders for shipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work closely with other associates and supervisors to ensure the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Safety is our utmost priority, and all employees are required to follow established safety procedures and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the day. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise onto shelves and designated storage areas.
  • Pick items accurately based on customer orders or production needs.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Good physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
