We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Cincinnati, Ohio team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient functioning of our warehouse, contributing to all aspects of material handling, order processing, and inventory management. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A commitment to Safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Sort, categorize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on fulfillment requests.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including strict adherence to PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics operations and safety protocols.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to consistently wear and properly use all required PPE.
