Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE.
Qualifications:
Candidates should be physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods is required. A strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE is essential. Experience with general warehouse operations and a basic understanding of logistics principles is preferred. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
