Are you a skilled Forklift Operator looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in Denver, Colorado? We are seeking experienced operators to join our busy warehouse and **Logistics** team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary focus will be ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, supporting both receiving and shipping operations. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict **Safety** regulations, and proper **PPE** usage are paramount. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation and a strong understanding of warehouse **Safety** procedures. You'll be a key player in our supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Move and stack materials to designated storage areas.
- Perform routine **Safety** inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Assist with **Lifting** and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Adhere to all **PPE** requirements and warehouse **Safety** protocols.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Support **Logistics** operations by ensuring timely material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid **Forklift** operator certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Proven knowledge of **Safety** procedures and **PPE**.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** and inventory management systems.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
