• Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory according to specific order details.
• Inspect items for any defects or damage prior to packing.
• Package orders securely and efficiently, utilizing appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
• Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to packages.
• Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory movements and order progress.
• Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Participate actively in inventory counts and cycle counts as requested.
• Apply proper Lifting techniques to ensure personal and product Safety.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader Logistics team to meet operational goals.
• Wear all mandated PPE throughout the duration of your shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a comparable warehouse role is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
