Picker/Packer

Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking enthusiastic Pickers/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team! This role is central to our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring they are packed securely and correctly. • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
• Inspect items for damage and ensure quality before packing.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
• Label packages correctly for shipment.
• Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
• Follow all guidelines regarding proper Lifting techniques.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Must wear required PPE.
