Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will contribute to our overall logistics process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. A strong commitment to safety, the ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting, and a positive attitude are key requirements for this position. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Ensure all shipments are accurately documented and staged for outbound logistics.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Follow proper Lifting techniques and protocols to prevent injury.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
