Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using provided equipment and systems.
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Stage completed orders for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and **safety** procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of **logistics** and fulfillment processes.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Perform **lifting** and movement of packages up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or **logistics** environment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity for physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and **lifting**.
  • Commitment to workplace **safety** and the correct usage of **PPE**.
