Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using provided equipment and systems.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage completed orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and **safety** procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of **logistics** and fulfillment processes.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Perform **lifting** and movement of packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or **logistics** environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity for physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and **lifting**.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and the correct usage of **PPE**.
