Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyor systems, and automated machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks and service equipment according to schedules.
  • Ensure all equipment operates within Safety standards and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Operate a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Assist with installations and modifications of warehouse equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and the proper use of PPE.
  • Provide technical support and training to warehouse staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for repairs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all procedures, including LOTO and proper use of PPE.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, including moderate Lifting and working in various warehouse conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
