This role encompasses a wide range of warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments for dispatch, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of handling the demands of a warehouse setting, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stage products for outgoing shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Follow established logistics workflows for all warehouse activities.
- Employ safe lifting practices for all materials handled.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of general warehouse safety rules.
