Join our expanding logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to contribute to our daily warehouse operations. Your duties will include receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming goods, accurately picking and packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Maintaining a tidy and secure work environment is essential, and you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all company guidelines. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. Key responsibilities also involve inventory control and supporting other warehouse staff as needed. We expect all employees to be diligent in their tasks and to follow all established Safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting of boxes and materials up to 40 lbs.
