You will be responsible for interpreting order forms, locating items, and ensuring that each package is assembled correctly and efficiently. Teamwork and the ability to follow instructions are paramount in this fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to stand and walk for extended periods, and comfortable with regular lifting. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring correct labeling.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
This role involves frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs, and adherence to safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE, is mandatory.
