Job Summary:
Our Denver, Colorado location is seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk to ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of our products. This role is vital to our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, generating necessary documentation, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining an organized shipping department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
  • Process outbound orders, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing.
  • Prepare shipment labels and complete all required shipping documentation.
  • Schedule pickups with various shipping carriers and track outgoing shipments.
  • Verify that packages are correctly addressed and meet carrier requirements.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shipping area.
  • Communicate with customer service and sales teams regarding order status.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
  • Follow all warehouse Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks when necessary.
  • Manage the Lifting and moving of packages, some weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our logistics network.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with common shipping software and systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding and adherence to warehouse Safety regulations.
  • Physical capability to stand for long hours, bend, and perform Lifting tasks.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Must adhere to all PPE guidelines.
