About

Who We Are – At Recycling Rewards, Sustainability Meets Purpose

At Recycling Rewards, we're more than a company — we're a movement for a cleaner, greener future. Every day, we keep reusable items out of landfills and give them a second life, helping communities recycle with purpose and ease. We believe impact should be accessible to everyone. Whether you're sorting donations, supporting our partners, or helping us grow behind the scenes, your work fuels real environmental change and meaningful community support. Our culture is fast-paced, hands-on, and people-first. We celebrate teamwork, diversity, and innovation — where your ideas matter and your efforts directly support local charities and the planet.

Why Join Us? Because here, every shift makes a difference. You'll build skills, grow your career, and contribute to something bigger than all of us.

Ready to create real impact? Let's change the world — one recycled item at a time.

Who You Are – A Reliable, Hardworking Difference-Maker

You're a supportive, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of leader who cares about people, performance, and the planet. If you're proactive, safety-minded, and thrive in fast-moving, outdoor work environments, this role is for you.
