We are seeking a dynamic Analytics Manager to lead client‑facing analytics initiatives, drive data strategy, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in data management and reporting platforms, alongside the ability to communicate complex analytics to clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Communication Support analytics and reporting lead on client conversations, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations. Serve as the secondary point of contact for all analytics, reporting, and data visualisation queries alongside the analytics and reporting lead. Together with data and present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, build proposals, and develop business cases. Reporting & Data Management Deliver monthly and global media investment reports on TMICC marketing investment. Involvement in reporting on Data Governance and taxonomy compliance. To be the ‘Go‑to’ resource on any data, analytics, visualisation issues for the TMICC client and Zenith team. Develop and optimise dashboards to visualise media investment, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs. Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility. Oversee central and global client reporting requirements, supporting local markets as needed. Audit data streams and ensure alignment with activation platforms and business goals. Advanced Analytics & Insights Conduct sophisticated analyses using statistical methods to provide data‑driven solutions and recommendations. Identify trends, patterns, and optimisation levers to drive business growth and improve KPIs. Develop measurement frameworks and test methodologies (A/B, multivariate) to evaluate and optimise digital marketing campaigns. Blend data from multiple sources to create compelling, data‑driven narratives and playbooks. Qualifications
Requirements Essential Experience in data and analytics, ideally within a media agency or publisher. Hands‑on expertise with mainstream BI and data visualisation tools. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate SQL and working knowledge of Python or R for automation tasks. Experience with digital media campaign data, programmatic buying, and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, SA360, CM360, GA4. Strong understanding of data governance, taxonomy compliance, and reporting standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a structured approach. Excellent communication skills, able to present complex analytics to varied audiences. Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders. Desirable Familiarity with modern data stack (Funnel, FiveTran, Adverity; Databricks, GBQ, Snowflake). Exposure to project management methodologies and tools (Jira, etc.). Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4, etc.). Advanced analytics experience (regression, clustering, CLTV, correlations). Cultural awareness, analytical skills, and relentless curiosity. This role is highly autonomous and suited to someone who thrives on both technical depth and client engagement, with the ability to drive change and deliver excellence in analytics.
