Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager – FedRAMP & Identity Access Management

Location: Hybrid (3 days remote), Vancouver, Canada OR Toronto, Canada
Experience: 7+ Years
Rate: $80 to $85 CAD PH
Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-grade Trust, Access, and FedRAMP initiatives for a Fortune 500 product company. This role partners closely with security, compliance, engineering, and product leadership to execute regulatory programs and drive a secure access strategy across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute FedRAMP authorization programs, including audit coordination, evidence collection, and compliance documentation
  • Drive Access Management initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements
  • Architect and manage detailed program plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Partner with engineering, trust, security, and product teams to define program goals and measurable outcomes
  • Monitor, track, and report program status against organizational objectives and regulatory milestones
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external auditors or assessors
  • Ensure adherence to FedRAMP, NIST controls, and internal security and compliance policies
  • Promote a security-first mindset and continuous improvement across delivery teams

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience leading FedRAMP authorization or similar regulatory compliance programs
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies
  • Demonstrated success in technical program management across cross-functional engineering and security teams
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for program tracking and documentation
  • Familiarity with GRC platforms for compliance documentation and controls management
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with emphasis on compliance services
  • Experience with IAM tools such as Okta and Azure AD

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior ownership of end-to-end FedRAMP authorization efforts
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and modern access management solutions
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-program enterprise environments
  • Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field
  • 7+ years working with engineering or security teams on complex initiatives using Agile methodologies
  • 5+ years in technical program management or a closely related role
