About

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support day-to-day HR and operational administration. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating staffing schedules, and ensuring time entries are accurate and complete. The position works closely with management and program staff and requires a high level of discretion and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update approximately 100 employee files, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Create and manage staffing schedules for approximately 30 foster homes, adjusting schedules as needed for coverage, absences, and program needs
  • Review and verify employee time entries, following up on discrepancies and preparing accurate information for payroll processing
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and file setup
  • Track required training, certifications, and renewals, and follow up with staff as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information at all times
  • Provide general administrative support related to HR and staffing operations

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative, HR, or operations support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with scheduling, timekeeping, and document management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) or similar systems

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, social services, or another regulated sector
  • Familiarity with payroll preparation or time and attendance systems
  • Prior experience coordinating staff schedules across multiple locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
