About the Role
As a Process Technician, you'll play a vital role on a hard-working team that transforms raw ingredients into high-quality, safe, and delicious food. This role is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires a sharp eye for detail, strict attention to food safety, and a hands-on mindset. You'll be the bridge between ingredient preparation and final production—making sure each batch is exactly right and ready when it needs to be.

Our 2nd Shift employees also receive an extra $1 per hour shift differential in addition to the quarterly bonus.
What You'll Do
- Follow and verify precise batch recipes and ingredient specifications
- Cook ingredients to exact standards, including techniques like sautéing
- Lead and support Process Assistants to ensure on-time product readiness
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces aligned with GMP and HACCP standards
- Operate equipment like hand pumps, scales, forklifts, and hand jacks
- Accurately complete all required documentation for food safety and quality
- Identify and resolve process deviations, communicating with supervisors as needed
- Support plant safety, sanitation, and training efforts as assigned
Work Environment
- Temperature and humidity may vary (cold, heat, steam, etc.)
- Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting
- You'll be standing, lifting, climbing, and working with raw food ingredients regularly

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in processing
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfort with physical labor (ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay on your feet)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Clear, respectful communication and leadership ability
- Familiarity with food safety, GMPs, and safe equipment operation
