Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Partner to lead the deployment and adoption of enterprise software solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end implementations, configuring systems to meet client requirements, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS implementations, technical integrations, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and configure solutions accordingly.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems, including APIs, SSO, and SAML.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and client training.
• Develop and maintain documentation for implementations, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with best practices.
• Support clients post-deployment to ensure adoption and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in SaaS platform implementation or post-sales consulting.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, API integrations, and workflows.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
