Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for an Administrative Assistant based in Anaheim, CA. The Administrative Assistant will perform a range of day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, managing email correspondence, and supporting clerical and executive administrative needs. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Competency in performing Clerical tasks and attention to detail
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Anaheim, CA
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
