Position: Weekend RN Supervisor
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Schedule: Weekend Nights | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is seeking experienced and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisors to lead overnight nursing operations. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care.

• Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend overnight shifts
• Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and clinical support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed to support residents and staff

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work 8-hour overnight shifts on weekends
