Duties

• Perform routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety issues
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, flooring, and other building components
• Conduct plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, or replacing fixtures
• Handle electrical tasks including installing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and troubleshooting electrical issues
• Paint walls, touch up surfaces, and perform minor carpentry work to enhance property appearance
• Maintain tools and supplies inventory to ensure readiness for various projects
• Collaborate with property managers or clients to prioritize repairs and communicate progress effectively

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, repair work, or maintenance person services
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and basic appliance repair
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety protocols diligently
• Strong problem-solving skills with an energetic approach to tackling diverse tasks
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members or clients clearly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for on-site visits
• Certifications such as OSHA safety training or specialized trade licenses are a plus but not required
